At GEMTUB, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the sensitive and natural nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality for all.

🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory as proof, from the moment the outer packaging is untouched.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The original invoice or order ID must be included in the return.
Return shipping must be arranged by the customer at their own expense.

🛑 Please note: Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.

🔍 Inspection & Refund Process

Once the returned item is received, our team will thoroughly inspect it.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
If the product fails inspection (used, damaged, missing parts, or no proper video), the refund will be rejected and the product will not be returned again.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Any product that is used, broken, tampered with, or returned without the opening video.
Sale items, discounted combos, or items marked “non-returnable”.
Custom-made or personalized products.

GEMTUB reserves the full right to reject or cancel any refund or return request at its sole discretion, based on internal quality checks, policy violation, or insufficient proof.
